About MS Fitness

Your Goal.Our Guidance.

MS Fitness is a unisex fitness and personal-training studio in Nanjundapuram, Coimbatore. People come here to get stronger, to lose weight, or simply to stop feeling tired by four in the afternoon — and they get a coach who knows their name, their history, and what they did on Tuesday.

Mano has been in gyms for eighteen years — first as the teenager who watched everyone else use the machines until he picked one up himself, then as a trainer, then competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Then he had an accident. One leg means he cannot stand for long stretches any more. He wanted to open a gym; he did not have the resources for one. So he built the thing he could build properly instead — personal training, one client at a time.

That turned out to be the point rather than the compromise. In ten years on gym floors he had watched personal training sold as a line on an invoice: somebody pays, nobody teaches, nobody follows up, and nothing changes. He had seen people who wanted to lose weight fail for no reason other than never being shown how.

So the training here is built the other way round. You are coached, watched and corrected, and somebody notices when you stop coming.

If you have never set foot in a gym, you are the person this place is built for. If you have trained for years and stalled, you are also that person.

We coach beginners who are nervous, people coming back after a long gap, people with a wedding or a medical report as a deadline, and people who just want to still be strong at fifty.

Men and women. Same floor, same coaching.

Money is not the first question. Whether you can pay or not is not what decides anything. What he asks first is what you actually want.

Then he looks at your life, not just your body. How you eat. What work you do. How long you sleep. How far you walk in a day. How long you sit. What health problems you have.

You get a diet plan before you get a workout. Built from that assessment, and handed over first.

Then training starts — gradually. Not everything at once.

Your first two sessions are free. A real trial, not a sales pitch.

“Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It's about being a better version of yourself.”
